Privacy Policy

How we handle enrollment data under Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019.

What we collect

When a parent or guardian enrolls a child, we collect the parent's name, email and phone number, the child's first name and age, chosen programme and intake, and consent choices with timestamps. We do not ask for the child's full name, email, home address or identity documents in the enrollment form.

Why we use it

We use enrollment details to organise classes, contact the parent or guardian, confirm participation and keep a record of permissions. Children do not need their own account to enroll. We do not sell enrollment data or use it for advertising.

Children and consent

A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment and consent to participation. Showcase photo permission is a separate, optional choice. Refusing photos does not prevent enrollment. Contact us to withdraw consent; we will explain what this means for ongoing participation and existing records.

Access, security and service providers

Enrollment records are restricted to authorised administrators. Hosting and authentication providers process information to operate the service. Provider identities, processing locations and any cross-border safeguards must be confirmed before launch in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for the programme and applicable legal obligations. The exact retention period is to be confirmed before launch. Parents may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. You may also raise concerns with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
