Terms and Conditions
The terms for participating in Jenga Labs programmes.
Enrollment and eligibility
A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment. Juniors is for ages 8–12; Seniors currently accepts ages 13–18. Submitting the form is a request for a place, not a guarantee of availability. We will contact you to confirm your place and practical arrangements.
Programme and schedule
Each programme runs for six weeks, four days per week, with 90-minute sessions. Displayed session times and intake dates are provisional until confirmed. Topics may be adapted to the learners while preserving the programme's main learning objectives.
Fees and payments
Displayed fees are provisional until confirmed. The proposed payment plan is half at enrollment and half by the start of week 3; the proposed sibling discount is 10% for each additional sibling in the same intake. After your place and final fee are confirmed, pay using M-Pesa Send Money to 0118069988. Email your transaction code to mbaijonathan5@gmail.com for manual confirmation. Never share your PIN. The website does not process or automatically verify payments.
Respectful participation
Learners should treat others kindly, follow mentor instructions and use equipment and online tools responsibly. Parents should let us know about support needs relevant to participation. Any serious safety or behaviour concern will be discussed with the parent or guardian.
Projects, tools and safety
Students create learning projects using third-party tools. Some tools have their own terms and age restrictions; mentors must select age-appropriate access arrangements. Students must not put private information into AI tools. Learning outcomes are objectives, not guarantees of a particular result or qualification.
Cancellations and changes
See the Refund Policy for cancellation information. Refund windows and other commercial terms remain to be confirmed before launch. Any material changes to a confirmed intake should be communicated to the parent or guardian before they take effect.
