Cancellation and refund information for parents.

The cancellation window, eligible refund amount and processing timeline have not yet been set. No refund entitlement or non-refundable deposit is promised by this draft. Parents must receive the final written terms before making a payment.
How to request a cancellation
Contact Jenga Labs using the published contact details with the parent or guardian's name, selected programme and intake date. Do not include sensitive payment information. We will review the request against the final agreed terms and applicable Kenyan consumer law.
If an intake changes or is cancelled
If Jenga Labs cannot deliver a confirmed intake, parents will be informed and offered the available options. The specific refund or transfer arrangements must be confirmed in the final policy before launch.
